Client questionnaire
The client gets a link and answers on their phone. Questions adjust to the type of flat or apartment and the number of rooms, and the answers land in the project's brief.

Product clipper · Chrome extension
You're browsing any shop. You click the product clipper. The photo, name, price, shop and link land straight in the project, in the room you choose. It works at any stage, from the first concept to the purchases on site.
Interior design project management features
Five things every project always has. Each one has its own place in Projado.
The client gets a link and answers on their phone. Questions adjust to the type of flat or apartment and the number of rooms, and the answers land in the project's brief.
Every stage has its own files and deadline. One screen, every client.
You enter it on site, with a photo and a note: the floor plan, dimensions and room condition in one place.
It isn't a stage, it's a tool available from the first questionnaire to handover. Products by room with link, price and status, the total adds itself up, and the list exports to PDF and Excel.
A mood board for every project. The client adds, you organise.
Client portal and client questionnaire
You send a link to the client portal. The client fills in the client questionnaire, looks at concepts and comments on a specific photo on their phone, with no account and nothing to install. They only see what you share with them.
In-app support chat
The chat is built into every screen of the app. You don't hunt for an e-mail address or a form. You write right away, and we see which screen you're on.
Projado is made by Hania and Krystian. Hania is an interior designer and knows what a studio's work is really like. Krystian, a long-time developer, is the technical brain behind it.
Soon — we're finishing the last details. Leave your address in the form and we'll let you know when sign-up is open.
No. They get a link and fill in the questionnaire or look at concepts in the client portal right away. Only you have an account.
Most online shops. The product clipper reads the photo, name, price and link from the product page. It recognises shops on popular platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and PrestaShop even more precisely.
Yes. Both the software for designers and the client portal work in the browser, on a phone as well as a computer.
You start free and run up to 5 active projects at no charge, with no card required. Paid plans will arrive in the future. We'll announce them ahead of time, before anything changes.
We'll send it one message: that Projado has launched. Then we'll remove it from the list. We don't send a newsletter and we don't pass addresses to anyone for marketing. The full notice is below.

The data controller is VISUAL SPACE Hanna Półtorak, ul. Świemirowska 15 lok. 1, 81-877 Sopot, Poland, NIP: 5851502129, REGON: 526447544, which runs Projado (Projektado in Poland). For anything to do with your data, write to kontakt@projektado.pl.
We store the e-mail address you enter in the form, the date and time you signed up, a label for the version of the consent wording we showed you, the language of the page you sign up on, and the country worked out from your IP address (we don't store the IP address itself). We use the address for one purpose: to send you a message when Projado launches. The language and country let us send it in the right language and with the information for your country. Giving your address is voluntary — without it we simply can't let you know about the launch.
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form and submitting it — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for sending information to the e-mail address you gave, also Article 398(1) and (2) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. We keep the sign-up date and the consent version so that we can show consent was given (Article 7(1) GDPR).
The page and the database holding the list of addresses are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), in Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare acts as a processor under a data processing agreement. Because it is a US company, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area; this takes place on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Cloudflare participates, and additionally on standard contractual clauses.
In serving traffic to the page, Cloudflare also processes technical connection data (including the IP address) to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. We don't pass addresses to anyone else, we don't sell them and we don't share them with advertising networks.
Until we send the message about the launch of Projado, which we plan for the end of 2026. Once it is sent, we delete the addresses from the list. If you withdraw your consent earlier, we delete your address straight away. If you create a Projado account, your account data will be processed as described in the service's privacy policy.
You can withdraw your consent at any time — an e-mail to the address above is enough; this doesn't affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. You also have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing and to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warszawa, Poland. We don't make automated decisions about you and we don't profile you.
